ABC picks up 3 comedy pilots (Reuters)

Reuters - ABC beefed up its comedy stockpile Friday with orders for three pilots. "How to Live With Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life," created by Claudia Lonow ("Friends With Benefits," "Accidentally on Purpose" and, more recently, the troubled cross-dressing sitcom "Work It"), will follow the adventures of recent divorcee and single mother Polly, who moves in with her eccentric parents, Elaine and Max, who are full of life but know no boundaries.

'The Vampire Diaries' clip: A serious shirtless Salvatore conversation

"The Vampire Diaries" took a brief hiatus this week, but we'll forgive The CW their bizarre scheduling practices because they still managed to provide us with a little half-naked Salvatore eye candy. The clip from next week's episode, "Bringing Out the Dead," features Stefan and Damon having a little heart-to-heart. Damon and Elijah arrange a treaty meeting with Stefan and Klaus -- probably in some inevitably futile attempt to mediate the villain vs. villain civil war happening in Mystic Falls. Stefan isn't particularly in the mood to shake hands, though, and he doesn't think that stalling Klaus is the best plan of inaction. And then there's that whole Damon-and-Elena-kissed situation. It appears that that punch we saw last week wasn't the last of the conversation between Stefan and Damon. "Just remember, if it wasn't for Klaus, you wouldn't have become such a dick, and that kiss would never have happened," Damon snaps.Uh, we know some...
