The CW has finally settled on a premiere date for “13—Fear Is Real,” its horror-themed reality series from “Spider-Man” czar Sam Raimi. “Fear” will air Wednesdays at 8 p.m. starting Jan. 6, a person familiar with the network’s plans said.
